cardiovascular system, infection control, operation of the EKG machine, interpret and
analyze EKG strips, and theory and EKG applications of dysarrhythmia and myocardial
infraction.
EV 114 – Pathology
Comparison of normal sonographic patterns with pathology appearance. Review of right and left functions including ventricular, atrial, and valvular, abnormalities, assessment of coronary anatomy, as well as vascular diseases including stenosis and deep vein thrombosis.
EV 115 – Hands on Echo Training
The students will practice hands on scanning techniques in both cardiac and vascular aspects.
